Attempt... Who knows...

Hi everyone,

Sorry I haven't been on in a while. Lots of things have happened. None of which are really worth a mention. I kind of fell of the weightloss wagon and I have pretty much put on all of the weight that I lost from juicing and insanity but I'm ready to start again.

Facts
I am now 25
Still 5'9''
Weigh 18st 3lbs
My first goal is 16st 3lbs

I am doing this with the great support of my fiancé my family and my best friend who is trying to drop her final 10lbs so wish her luck as well. She has done SO well.

This week I have tried to limit myself to carbs once a day just to kick start everything so I am going to try and take photos of everything I eat and post it on here.

Also I am trying to do insanity once a day too.

Today I didn't take the photos but I did the insanity fit test

Breakfast and lunch: mint Herbalife shake
Snacks: 2 handfuls of roasted cashew nuts
Dinner: 2 slices of margarita pizza with a massive salad
Drinks: 4 pints of sugar free black currant squash.

Tomorrow I'm at uni so should be fun.
